人は情報の受け手として2つのタイプに分かれる
1つは、あらゆる情報を受け入れて、そこから取捨選択するタイプ。
1つは、最初から受け入れる情報を制限して、それ以外はノイズとして扱うタイプ。
この2タイプの人間が1つのコミュニティに放り込まれると、必ず紛争の元となる。具体的には、後者が前者に対して苦言を申し立て、そこのコミュニティの雰囲気がおかしくなる。
Twitterに適するタイプが前者、適さないタイプが後者と言ってもいいかもしれない。
自分が参加していないオフレポを読まされたとき、楽しんで読むのが前者で、無意味なものと怪訝な顔をする（そもそも読まない）のが後者かもしれない。
